Paste the codes of the favicon after the <link rel=”shortcut icon” href=”HERE” /> Then don’t forget to click Update Preview and then press Save.

Find the css codes of the ads on the Customize page and delete it. The CTRL + F shortcut key may help you finding the codes, enter the specific ads and press the enter key.
